Here follows information on how to order steel, and also the
conditions for buying.
To order steel from us you need to make your choice in the following order about:
1. What steeltype you want

  • Austenitic Damascenesteel
  • Martensitic Damascenesteel
  • Stainless Gun Barrel Damascenesteel
  • Gun Barrel Low Alloy Damascenesteel
  • RWL 34 no pattern martensitic steel

    • 2. If you want round bars or flat bars
    3. Then choose from different patterns.
    4. Finally you decide the size, and how much you want of the steel.

    We will give you an order confirmation by fax or mail with the total price, freight included, and the delivery date.
    Deliverytime
    		Steel: Shipped from here in approx 2-4 weeks.
    Knifeblades and finished products: Shipped from here in approx one week.

    Payment
    		By Bank: A few days before the delivery date we will send you an invoice by mail or fax. You pay it by your bank, and when the money has reached us weŽll send the goods to you.

    By credit card (Visa and Mastercard): A few days before the delivery date, weŽll send you an invoice by mail. You then send us your credit card no. and weŽll make a withdrawal of the amount of the invoice and then send you the goods to you.

    In both ways you will receive a notice from us that your payment has reached us and an information about how and when the goods will be sent from here to you.
    Freight
    		The cost of freight is paid by you. Depending on the size and weight of your order and from what country you come we will send your goods by DHL, UPS or by post. In each case we will choose the freight that is most safe and convenient for you and at the lowest price. In case you need documents for custom we will help you with that. If youŽve got a VAT-number, please tell us and you will not need to pay the Swedish value added tax.
    Complaint
    		If there would be something wrong with the product delivered from us, or if it doesnŽt comply with your expectations, please, let us know immediately. Write us a mail and we will contact you and let you know how we can handle it to your satisfaction. If there is any fault in the product weŽll replace it with a new one.
    Patterns
    		The charm with damascus steels are that the patterns are unique. All pattern look a little different depending on the irregular hammer blows when forging the steel. You will offcourse get the right type of pattern when ordering, but the pattern is never exaxtly as the picture on this site or in the pricelist.
